​​​​​​​Philip is a native New Yorker who began his real estate career in San Francisco after graduating from SF State University with a BS in Political Science and a minor in Architecture. He returned to New York in 2020 and worked in Douglas Elliman's Upper West Side office before joining the Lanyard Team.
